If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds and eligible items.
✿ Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.
✿ Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
✿ A Note About Hand Block Printing
Every Pink City Bloom piece is made using traditional hand block printing.
Because each print is created by hand, slight variations in color, print placement, and pattern are a natural part of the process. These small differences make every piece unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.
✿ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number along with clear photos of the item, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
✿ How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy.
- Email us at minali@pinkcitybloom.com with your order number and reason for your return.
- We'll review your request and send you the return instructions.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
✿ Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✿ Refunds
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
