I was once advised to go back to my roots. For me, that meant going back to cotton.
It was the material I had known all my life, but it was only after moving to the U.S. that I understood what it meant to me. I began looking at textiles differently, noticing what I was drawn to, what felt right, and what I wanted to bring into the home I was building here.
That reflection became Pink City Bloom. What began as a return to something deeply familiar grew into a way of creating on my own terms, shaped by where I come from and the life I have chosen to build.

Hand block printing is a slow craft. A design is carved into wood, then pressed into cotton by hand, one impression at a time. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that is part of their character.
